I frankly feel that public servants need to be given harsher penalties when they use their position of power wrongly.

I am of the opinion that the death penalty is horribly wrongly instituted and as such shouldn't *really* be used.

I'm more or less OK with cops, caught on camera, committing murder in cold blood, getting executed after a jury trail confirms what we all know to be the facts here (EDIT: and by here I obviously mean the most recent national-news example of this, the North Charleston video)
