No powder burns on the body...shot from some distance.

Hmmm. Looks like a certain policeman is going to have to change his story...PDQ.

Hahaha indeed. And I'm still more inclined to believe the friend with Brown at the time this all went down. He has no real motive to make up a story, while the cops have all the motive in the world to change that story to suit their own.

Got to match the powder with the cop's ammo?

It will happen soon, no doubt.

Do we know what kind of music he was listening to? This is important.

This is probably another purple drank crime.

They have to save money somehow.
Military vehicles aren't cheap.

Russia took all the dash cameras to become famous on YouTube.

I don't understand the dashboard camera complaint. Don't most just record what happens directly in front of the vehicle? My understanding in this case is that the action took place inside the car and/or to the side, in the street. Will there need to be some kind of 360 degree camera mounted on the roof of the car, with a secondary camera inside the vehicle on the ceiling, to capture anything that a police officer could possibly do?

Body cams would be more efficient.

Still would have had audio. Badge cams are good. This would help the cops as much as the public.

While dashboard cams are not fool-proof (because fools are so ingenious!) it provides some degree of evidence for what happened. Body cams are better, IMO, but, dashboard cams are older technology thats more proven and probably cheaper for the depts.
