One of many... the growth of the police state under the watch of a professor of constitutional law has been particularly disturbing.

While that may be true, Obama's military policy isto the right of his predecessor's. And that's very, very bad.

Agreed. It's probably the one major thing that really bothers me about Obama - and unfortunately is something that none of the major viable candidates would be willing to change.

What really floors me is Gibbs' just bald-faced callousness about the whole thing. Not even a "well, it was a regrettable mistake." Just straight up "Can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs!" heartlessness.
