Tonight marked what I could only describe as a deservedly self-indulgent epiphany; my father would call it "chemical balance". I'd emphasize the latter. The last few weeks have found me uncharacteristically emotionally transient... I wouldn't leap to label it as bipolarity, but I wouldn't be too far off the mark if I did.

It's ironic how the haze of cigar smoke and slight slur of good wine can clarify so much.
