REGARDING NON-VIOLENT PHYSICAL CONTACT IN GENERAL. Japan, beyond being a prude, generally heavily dislikes this sort of contact, especially in public-this is mainly for cultural reasons. Therefore, he will react negatively to any of those below- by pushing you away, yelling at you, getting horribly flustered and embarrassed, screaming at you to take responsibility for his first time (which it won't actually be), and so on. Just keep this in mind! But all this heavily, heavily depends on context- on who your character is, how close they are, their age and gender, the situation, etc.
HUGGING Yes. The closer your character is to him, the more comfortable he is likely to be with it- it also depends on the situation. Otherwise he'll get extremely uncomfortable and my or may not push your character away and yell at them.
KISSING Yes. Though please inform me beforehand if your character intends to do this. He's the most likely to react very negatively to this. Even a kiss on the cheek. Even if it's just of a friendly/platonic nature. As for on the lips.... prepare for a storm... but really, I'm fine with it myself! : D
FLIRTING Yes. He will either be completley oblivious or completley embarrassed.
FIGHTING Yes- if you're willing to tolerate my lack of skill in writing fight scenes... also, please talk to me first so we can discuss the whole thing. Japan has his nation body back, so he heals very quickly and easily and is generally more resilient than your average human. Secondly, he's skilled in several martial arts, has ninja skills, and is also good with several weapons- all of which are Japanese, but. Though his skill also heavily depends on his own willingness to fight and his drive, as well as his mental and emotional state in general. He hasn't actually fought in a battler since the last time he's been in a a war- and he doesn't fight wars anymore. In my headcanon, more bloody battles in particular will remind him of the past.
SLEEPING WITH Ask first. And we'll have to handwave it/fade to black- so no playing it out! This too is something we'll have to talk out beforehand.
FALLING IN LOVE/RELATIONSHIPS I'm not opposed to the idea- if it's something one-sided on your characters part, go ahead, for example! It can be very understandable for certain characters/circumstances, and your character is your characters; I won't tell you what they can and cannot have happen to them. I would also appreciate being informed if your character should develop feelings of that nature- just so it won't seem out of the blue!
On the other hand- if you want him to develop a mutual romantic relationship with your character... well, it will require a lot of work and planning beforehand, and due to the kind of person Japan is, it won't be easy. Not gonna lie, I do want it to happen someday... or maybe just a close relationship with vaguely romantic overtones...? Again- it's not that I'm against the idea and that it's not okay but... hnnnng I don't even know. Talk to me! My only condition for Japan developing a romantic relationship with someone is that they have some sort of close CR beforehand? That they become good friends first? Instead of jumping straight into interactions of romantic nature...

TELEPATHY/MIND READING Yes. Anybody looking into his mind will find that it's a strange, vast space- he's constantly thinking of a thousand things at once, and his mind is filled to the brim with secrets, hidden thoughts and feelings, memories; you'll find that he also hides a lot of them from even himself and that just as well there are a thousand things he tries desperately not to even think about (his past, mainly), things he knows but doesn't want to acknowledge and buries deeply at the back of his mind; generally he lies to himself a lot. They'll also discover and extremely prideful personality, a big ego, as well as a potential for great ambitiousness. At the same time, the fact that he also sort of dislikes himself despite of that- and that his personality is generally made up of contradictions. He also has a lot of good intentions and cares for other people but at the same time he's also quite selfish.
Oh, and that he's a huge pervert who thinks a lot of dirty thoughts.
OTHER THINGS THAT NON-HUMAN CHARACTERS MAY SENSE Japan is a country; as of know, there will be a sort of very strange, inhuman presence about him. Human, but at the same time not. One person, but also several million people at the same time. They also might be able to sense what he specifically is- that he's a country/nation/anthropomorphic personification of one? That depends on the nature of their abilities so it's for you to decide...
