Getting behind myself, I know.
Things have been pretty hectic, so I haven't found the time to write up the last couple of days' worth of adventuring.
Met up with a bunch of JREF Forumites this morning. We sat and chatted for a while, and then, at Ricks suggestion, a bunch of us went on a Segway tour of a local park. Loads of fun! I have pictures and video. Segways are really, really easy to drive; within minutes I was zooming about, slaleming between some cones that were set up and going wherever I wanted to go. Pictures and video will have to wait to be posted later.
Went to the JREF open house get-together, where I met the Amazing Randi himself, along with Jeff and DJ and loads of others. Afterwards, a large group of us went to a "Tiki house" for dinner and a show. The food was unspectacular and the dancing likewise, but the company more than made up for it.
Now doing some washing. New orange t-shirts ran and coloured my whites. Foolish, I know. Running the whites through the wash again before drying. Hopefully that'll get out the colour.
Getting onto the boat tomorrow. I probably won't be online much during the cruise, if at all.
