Catching Up
Okay so back to this past weekend.
Spent some time with the in-laws. Did some shopping.. pretty much chilled. Then, FRISBEE! Seriously my favorite time of the week. Get to spend some good times with some great people AND get a great workout.
We had an amazing turn out yet again. 20 some-odd people so 4 teams and two mini games. First game was a little rough for my team (Me, Jason, Jorg, Abbott, this kid Dave, and eventually ADAM!) I think we lost 7-3, with me scoring all the points for my team. I feel bad, they kept passing to me but I just couldn't run as fast as they needed me to. We probably could've won if I could catch up to those monster throws.
Game two was much better for us, tho Jamie G2 wild sprite child totally wore me out with her wistful youth. We still managed to pull out a W 9-7. Not too shabby. AND almost everyone scored a TD.. except Jorg. We did try tho. Good game all around. Another great end to the weekend.
This week is going to be a hectic one for me. I have 3 days left to prepare for both a wedding and a vacation... I'm at least making strides in the list of stuff I need to get done at work and at home. Less stressed about it this week than I was last week which is good. I may have to drink myself into a stupor at the wedding come Friday... but I've got a whole week off to rejuvenate. And of course love up that beautiful baby boy Mason.
