A dime a dozen
It occured to me today that best friends are kinda like boyfriends. Some you might be inseparable with for about a year maybe two..then one day it seems like you get sick of them or they get sick of you and move on to the next boyfriend or best friend if you will.
I was thinking back to my best friend relationships and all the fun we used to have. Most of my previous best friends are still friends of mine, but it's a completely different kind of relationship. I wonder why things have to end..I guess it's for the same reason that all relationships end...growth, different likes and dislikes. I think true friendship learns to grow together then separately.
I've learned so much since I got married. Even though, Mike gets on my nerves often and sometimes I don't even like him..I accept him for who he is and choose to love him and choose to grow together instead of apart. Hopefully, I can somehow work this into my other friendships.
