I have never been more stressed out or more happy at the same time. Using the elliptical 6 nights/days a week is the best outlet for stress that I have ever had. I go to the gym Monday through Saturday and I started a new routine in the morning and at night (Monday through Thursday) I love it! The results are good, which is a bonus. I'm eating healthier, sleeping better, and thinking more clearly. When I first started working out I didn't care about losing weight, but the harder I work the more weight I lose.... it's addicting. I'm almost to the 50 pound mark. Talking with a couple professional late night gym going buddies, I'm starting to believe more and more that I can hit a weight loss goal of 100lbs. It might take another year. But I am going to do it. At a 100 lbs of weight loss, I will just a little thinner than I was in High School.
