Frensham

My grandmother called her last home- the house she died in- "Frensham". It must have had a meaning for her but I don't know what it was

What a beautiful church... Such a sturdy buttressed tower - the builder wasn't taking any chances there.

A lot of early medieval church towers look as if they were built with an eye to defence- and perhaps they were.
