TOC Day 1
Day 1 of the TOC is over... and honestly I can say I love it. I love everything about it. The environment was made for me. I've never seen such competition, yet so much enjoyment built into one tournament. The atmosphere is something I could live in. A weekend like this really makes me want to coach next year.
I was kind of dreading parts of this weekend that had to deal with the team I was coaching, but I found the opposite. I've learned actually quite a bit. A few coaching tactics that will help. I need to do more motivation strategies. I was told tonight that the next two years are really important and that I shouldn't stop coaching.... but instead go somewhere that a team will qualify for the TOC. I'm really starting to think about some schools that I'd be interested in...
