Cover art: Fire in the Hole, by big_pink

Sep 05, 2007 17:24

Sometime ago, big_pink started posting her new Supernatural fanfiction, Fire in the Hole. The story is now finished and this is just my way of showing her how much I've loved it. The cover seems simply inadequate to the story, but anyway, I did it. Hope you like, darling and thank you for another amazing ride.

Holy moly, A. This is lovely. This is all the hurt and the disassociation and discord and every other 'dis' that Fire in the Hole is all about. You've nailed it.

Now, all I have to do is figure out how to make it all linky to my journal, but how hard could that be, eh?

I'm...overwhelmed. THANK YOU.

OMG! Sorry for the lateness, I was watching Pirates tree (I know I'm something like six months late and I could have waited another month :D).

I'm so awesomely happy that you like the cover. The main picture always speaks to me of the bond between John and Dean, so I thought that inverting them could show the opposite. Oh, how happy it makes me that you like it!!

Oh, really? Wow, I hope it works well as desktop as it's not desktop-sized, in any case, thank you!

I use a program that changes my desktop at a set interval of time, so it also acts as a screen saver. If the pics aren't large enough to cover the screen, there's an option, which I use, to tile them across the screen. So it'll be on my screen in several small pics instead of one large one : )

Oh, that makes sense. But do you realize now what have you done? Now I won't rest until I've made a wallpaper with the boys, I don't why I never did one, umm that's weird...
