I figured out why California people are so laid-back and chill and have playgrounds and amusement parks and stuff on the beach. It's totally because when the first settlers were going out west, like the Goldrushers and whatever, they were like "dude we just drove a cattle-drawn wagon ALL THAT WAY. That seriously took us like 5 years, and we had to go over those fucking mountains and shit. Most of us fucking died!! Ugh. We need some fucking R 'n' R." and it just like, stuck.
