1.1. I watched the second video, and understood almost everything. I'm truing to do everything I can for my health and my relative health. I don't smoke, I am a very optimistic person, I love to walk. I try to put on warm clothes - when it's cold, and I did the tonsils removal for my throat and kidneys health.
