I love what you put in about Buffy having field medical training. They really glossed over that in the series. Over the years, Buffy suffered numerous injuries; hit in the head with a lead pipe, electrocuted by a cattle prod, stabbed in the stomach, tasered by a high voltage blast, hit by a moving car, thrown through glass...the list goes on and on. And that doesn't even begin to include ALL the injuries received on a nightly basis from patrols. Buffy had to treat her own wounds and injuries so as not to alert the authorities, like the police or child protective services ( ... )
