Poland loves Liet a lot, and even if not as much as in the past, he sort of needs Liet around. It's not something he really thinks about most of the time though and he sort of expects Liet to just be around, which is why he takes it harder when Liet is not. But the thing is, Poland always will place himself and his people before Liet, and I don't think he's ever really learnt to actually value him.
Though I thought about the situation now and... the dots wouldn't have gone down. Poland is more disappointed than angry, and while he might think it's went down to Blue, it really hasn't.
