I do admit I'm a bit too lazy at the moment to run and look at the countries actual relations, but canon states Poland doesn't like China, and China is not giving himself a good name in Camp to Poland. Not to mention the whole Communism and buddy buddy thing with Russia, which just sits really bad with him.
