I enjoyed Jericho a lot. It was really good so I suppose that was the reason it was cancelled. ;) I like how it shifted from a story about survival into a very politically charged second season. Pretty much made of awesome. It explores humanity and the choices that men make, and their consequences, in light of catastrophe. Very thought provoking, very morally grey in some areas.

Hopefully I'll be able to find it on sale cheap somewhere and add it to my collection.

Speaking of other good Sci Fi shows:

Oh, I am so looking forward to this. The original V in the 1980s was probably my first introduction to Sci Fi tv that wasn't Star Trek or Star Wars.

And boy did I love it, corny graphics/dialog and all.

In fact, we watched it last year when I was at my Mom's house. Ken didn't appreciate aliens disguised as humans stealing our water supply and the resistance that fought them. I think Marc Singer's dashing good looks (Beastmaster!) and complete lack of talent for acting was just too overshadowing. ;)

I always liked Willie though. I hope they have an equivalent for the re-imagining.

2010 is too far away!

tv, fangirlisms, science fiction
