i am starting to eat healthier

eating healthier is making me faster in everything i do, which makes me feel more readily available for the future and whatever it brings.

mixing caffeine(red bull) in the morning, to keep me wired allows me to work as hard as two persons. I need to practice my spanish more and more to allow better conversation to take place. Furthermore, if I participate in eating more salad, I will cut more fat and be even more awesome. I will show my parents.

Tomorrow i will be eating yogurt(??!??) with raspberry granola, banana/apple and then I will proceed to the gym. afterwards I will go buy a protein shake and probably pick up another 2/5 redbull. snap, shake, freeze, shower, perhaps snippit, work, salad+garlic bread, work, home, gym(?), relax/freetime 4 hours? snap, drink, food, laugh, talk, play music, art?, pictures, truck/bug... (3.5hrs right now).

eating healthy will let me do all that in stride. you know what is a crazier thought, is the fact that i'm only 26. yeah, i'm nearly 27, but the truth is that I really expect a lot out of myself.

what's that? everyone says that? oh, you know what that's true, and then they list off a bunch of goals and things they want to accomplish. but you know what I want, I want to live to be 100 years old at least!!! I really want that. Truthfully, I want to be 118 years old. I want to live to 2100 AD. My time is what it is, and I am thankful for that, and must heed health, moral, spiritual balance.
