im caught up in the middle
not knowing who to believe
my heart says yes
my gut says no
either way its hard to show
this isnt how i pictured our song's end
i didnt think the renissance style of break up would fit
i hope you realize deep down
i didnt really want to quit
but certian events have unfolded
a thing has died
passion
something of ours i thought could never run dry
never once would i think id have
