I've been getting really frustrated lately. I can't run because of the weather here lately ( I can't bike for the same reason), I heard that too many sit-ups can bulk your abs (which is definitely what I don't want), and I can't do crunches 'cause I'm scared of bulking my abs. I have been weight lifting though and doing my dances. I can't wait to get back to Montana and get enrolled in some dance classes.
