This video provides some very interesting political ideas as well as information on UFOs. The problem is that Dr. Dolan believes that Islamic State is solely a creation of US intelligence, political, and military groups, and there is no sign that he has ever read the Quran or cares to. And he doesn't seem to understand that it's far easier and less expensive to exploit a pre-existing opportunity than to manufacture it whole cloth (consider how Hitler and his cronies took over Germany in the 1930s; they did it by exploiting the horrible state of the German economy in the 1920s due to the vast reparations Germany had to pay to France -- something backed up by the US).
