The Walking Dead Season 2
I got a 4-DVD copy of Season 2 of The Walking Dead from the library, and just finished watching the last 5 episodes and some special features. It ended with a monster cliff-hanger. I'm already hooked on the series; now I can't wait until Season 3 of the series comes out. It combines amazingly intense drama with some of the best special effects I've ever seen. This series outdoes George Romero's zombie ouvres by a light-year, at least. Romero is all political statement, whereas The Walking Dead is about people as they really are under extreme pressure.
