For real. Every so often my fingers begin to sting in places, and then, with a burning sensation, a white crust forms on many of them. The latter is exactly like the one that forms if you spill hydrogen peroxide on your skin, which is composed of dead bacteria killed by the chemicsl. I thought it was coming from the surfaces of some cheap tumblers I bought from Dollar Tree, but then I found it happening when I was touching absolutely dry surfaces that couldn't possibly have given off the H2O2. What's next -- spontaneous combustion?
