Happy birthday, LJ!
I opened this account with LJ in September 2001, and posted my first entry on this blog on October 1, 2001. Somehow I managed to stick with it for all these years. Happy birthday, LJ -- I love being a member of you. :-D
If I'm still alive ten years from now, I hope I'm posting ecstatic entries on the first humans and Mars and their colonies, the bases on Luna and those who work in them, breakthroughs in quantum mechanics that are leading to the creation of the first ansible (instantaneous communicstion over any distance, i.e., technologically enabled clairvoyance), spacecraft or other objects that can translate instantaneously over any distnce (industral-strength teleportaion), and other things that are opening the entire universe -- and may other universes -- to us for exploration, colonization, and exploitation of resources. XD
