Almost 60 percent of American adults say they had difficult childhoods featuring abusive or troubled family members or parents who were absent due to separation or divorce, federal health officials report.

I've had people tell me that I'm a "sissy" for "being upset" about having been an abused child and abused adult. I've also known plenty of others who were told the same thing. I've been told that "complaining about being bullied" is a "sign of cowardice." Right. I just hope that the people who try to push that sort of utter horseshit on others have their next 50 incarnations on some world other than Earth where savage child abuse is the norm, and bullying by other children and young adults kills off about 90% of all children who survive early abuse -- and that they then have to face all of us here back on Earth who they tried to push their horseshit about child abuse and bullying being "normal" on. How'd you like it, you assholes?
