No news is --?
For some reason I've heard next to nothing today about Wikileaks and the hacker attacks on various industries in retaliation for Julian Assange's arrest and the blockage of funds to Wikileaks by various governments. Articles on them from yesterday and the day before are still accessible, but there's nothing new, nothing published today that I've been able to find, save for a mere mention of them here and there that doesn't yield any new information. That silence implies a whole host of things -- one, that police agencies and governments have finally realized that Wikileaks is trying to aggravate the public into helping them make trouble for everyone and blocking any attempt at defanging Assange and Wikileaks, and have imposed a blackout on news that might play into Wikileaks' hands; and two, that they are nevertheless working hard behind the scenes to trace both Wikileaks and the hackers who made those attacks yesterday on MasterCard and VISA. I wonder what comes next.
