I like her program. It takes adults -- real adults, those who have achieved true maturity -- to stop bullying, whether among preteens, teeangers, or people who are older than that but never quite grew up. What she proposes can work -- if enough adults decide to do it.
Justice isn't just about individuals. It's about communities, and healing wounds in them caused by the transgressions of individuals. When transgressing individuals belong to the wounded communities, part of what needs to be done is to find ways to reintegrate those individuals back into their communities in healthy ways. This woman is doing it.
