While I am very concerned about what's happening to our living world and the future we face as a result, I do not think the Greens are doing anything to help matters. Au contraire, they are so concentrated on bludgeoning the public with aggressively alarmist messages about the environment that they no longer realize that there's any other way to do things -- such as reasoned debate and civil discourse. Their campaigns are having the exact opposite effect on much of the public as (one hopes) they are aiming for (otherwise we would have to conclude that they really do want to make everyone go out and destroy the planet, right now, a nightmare nobody wants to entertain -- or do they?). If they are capable of reason, and they really wanted to help our living world, they'd know that their general approach to the problem is not only not working, but backfiring. So either they are no longer capable of reason, or they are out to destroy the Earth.
Not to mention everyone's children. Their videos and other polemic tools all imply or even outright brag about an outright hatred of and spite toward children everywhere. Not good.
