Where is Charlie now that we need him?
I had a dream this morning that a large group of wizards, or whatever they were, were busy evoking various beloved cartoon characters to visibility in the White House and the Congressional Building, and it was creating a huge panic among Senators, Congressmen, and the Obamas. The Disney characters were cute, but who wants to be chased about by Donald Duck in a screaming tantrum? I'd have liked to make suggestions for more interesting characters to them, you know, the ones by Chas Addams, Gahan Wilson, and, above all, Gary Larson. I mean, a cow happily flipping burgers on a barbecue on the plaza in front of the Congressional Building, while three of her sisters look on in disgust, saying, "You're sick, Jessie! Sick, sick, sick!" As for the Addams Family . . . everybody snap their fingers now: click-click!
