At the Coming of September

Well, it's September. Summer will be almost officially over soon. :( I have to say, it was a strange Summer, mainly because we truly only seemed to have true Summer weather for about a week. The rest of it felt more like a perpetual late Spring. It was Sprummer. That's what it was.

I'm glad I was at least able to take some advantage of the mild weather, though probably not as much as I could have. Ah well...

So I gave myself August off from my usual monthly to-do lists--though, I still managed to get quite a bit done! I'm actually kind of glad I didn't give myself a list, though--August was generally pretty crazy, and it would've been one more stressor, and as it stands I'll just consider it a birthday gift to myself.

So! On to September!

NON-CREATIVE GOALS:
-Clean desk area
-Go through closets for clothes to get rid of
-Balance checkbook
-Order Victorian shirt
-Continue weight-training, aiming for twice a week
-Burn road trip CD's

CREATIVE GOALS:
-Edit Chapter 10
-Edit Chapter 11
-Red-Pen Chapter 12
-Red-Pen Chapter 13
-Submit one story to market
-Finish Skygirl/Penny picture

And yes, that's already one Chapter down. It was slow at work yesterday, and it was the first of September, so it counts!
