The Hazards of LARP
Here's a thought: playing Decemberists characters at an Anime LARP! You could be the Mariner, the Bagman, the Gymnast High Above the Ground, the Infanta, the Crane Wife, Eli the Barrow Boy, Billy Liar, a Chimbley Sweep, etc....or you could just play a generic castaway. Or a cutout.

The downside is that if you play a Decemberists character, you will die of drowning. It doesn't matter what fictional setting the LARP takes place in, or even if it's near a large body of water. On Sunday, just after the final battle, your character will die of drowning.
However, some Decemberists characters also get the special ability "Both Go Down Together." At the start of the LARP, you can pick one other person to be either your star-crossed lover or your sworn enemy. For 3 Energy, when you drown, you can take them with you.
