"Who are you?"

Ryeowook first felt scared and put his shirt in front of his body trying to hide himself.

"I'm Yesung, don't you remember?" Yesung asked confused taking a step close to them man who gave one back.

"I remember you. But why are you here in my house?"

"You opened..."

"What do you want?" Ryeowook asked still frightened feeling all his body shake.

"I just thought to come here and see if you're ok." Yesung said with soft voice trying to calm Ryeowook, but failing.

"Why wouldn't I be ok?"

"Yesterday you faint in front of your door, I think that it's a big motive."

"How did you..."

"I followed you since the club and found you. Didn't your boyfriend tell you?" and in this time Yesung's face got darker and he looked to the floor.

"So you are the "savior"?" Ryeowook asked feeling his body shake again, but this time of cold.

"Maybe I should go out." Yesung said without looking to Ryeowook.

"No! I mean... Thank you." Ryeowook bowed his head and this time he felt as if it was snowing inside his house, and they were in the middle of spring.

"You're welcome." Yesung whispered and when he looked to Ryeowook he got a little worried seeing the man trembling. "Are you feeling good?"

"I'm just... with cold." the other man managed to say with his chin trembling.

"Put your shirt on." Yesung said giving one step to Ryeowook who was still stopped.

"I can't... my arms..."

Yesung gave the last steps to get in front of Ryeowook and when he put his hands above Ryeowook's, he got worried with all the heat coming from him.

"You're burning." Yesung said taking Ryeowook's shirt from his hand and gulping seeing the white and thin skin of the man's chest, but he still put the shirt with Ryeowook like a kid. "You need to fresh your body."

"Shower..." Ryeowook said weakly before being held and led to his bathroom. Yesung turned the water on and when feeling that it was already cold enough, he took his shoes off and pulled Ryeowook inside and under the shower, not minding of wetting their clothes, and hugging Ryeowook closely preventing this one to not fall.

Little by little, Ryeowook stopped of trembling and his temperature went down again, but this didn't stop Yesung of hug the man tightly or of passing his hand in the soft skin under the wet shirt. Ryeowook also didn't leave his arms away from Yesung's waist feeling himself more comfortable that he ever felt himself since his parent's death.

"Are you feeling better?"

"Yes." Ryeowook said without hesitate and hugged Yesung tighter.

"We should leave the shower now." Yesung said not wanting to.

"Yes." the other whispered and took his arms away from Yesung just looking to the man who was still under the water. Ryeowook's hand went to the wall behind Yesung, letting them again a few inches away from each other, and turned the water off. "I think that I have some clothes for you."

"Great." Yesung whispered and went to touch Ryeowook's arm, but this one pushed himself away, curled in his towel and left Yesung dripping in the shower.

For some more moments Yesung could still feel the heat of Ryeowook in his skin, not the fever's one, but the normal. And Yesung thought to himself why he never felt this coming from another person. He just knew that he couldn't let go of it, and Yesung knew that something really bad was happening to Ryeowook and that it could end with this heat.

"Here." Looking up, Yesung saw Ryeowook holding a towel and some clothes to him. "I'll make some coffee, do you want?"

"Sure." Yesung murmured taking the clothes before being left alone again.

Ryeowook knew that making coffee at home was different from his work, there he must wait looking to the water in the stove while everything is already prepared. But with that spare time, Ryeowook did nothing more than look intensely to the water.

"Why is your house so... empty?" Turning himself, Ryeowook saw Yesung there standing in his TV room looking at everything and then looking to Ryeowook's empty expression. "I mean, you don't have pictures or anything, just... mobiles."

"I lost everything that I had in a fire. Pictures, house..." Ryeowook took a long and deep breathe. "and family." he didn't know why he was telling Yesung that, but after saying it, Ryeowook notice that it was the first time that he told it to someone else, as everyone that he talk to just knew about this condition, so he looked to the floor with that thought in mind. But the sound of something falling did that Ryeowook look up to where Yesung were, in his knees taking a few pieces of a Ryeowook's empty vase.

"I'm... I'm sorry..." Yesung was mumbling looking only to the broke vase while Ryeowook walked until him and started to help him.

"It's not an important vase anyway..."

"No, I mean of your family." Yesung whispered taking one of Ryeowook's hand in his.

"You don't have to be sorry, it's been a long time already..."

"But you still don't look fine." Yesung said still holding Ryeowook's hand doing this one finally look to the honest and kind eyes of the other man.

"Sungmin-hyung took good care of me." Ryeowook smiled encouraging himself to feel good, but Yesung's eyes got a little darker.

"Your boyfriend that was here yesterday?"

"Just friend. He already has a boyfriend." Ryeowook said really laughing now while Yesung kept trying to see if any the man was showing any remorse in his eyes, but not finding it, he felt relieved. "He gave me comfort and a job, I couldn't be less fine."

"But you aren't fine. About healthy, I mean..."

Then a big silence drowned them as Ryewook looked to the broken vase and Yesung to him. Ryeowook was feeling just like that vase, empty and irreversibly broken. Firstly because he didn't have any support besides Sungmin and he already felt himself like a big burden to the man, and secondly because he couldn't be fixed, the doctor told him and he could feel it happening, and even if Sungmin say that they can pass through this, that Ryeowook can be fixed, this wouldn't change anything. Ryeowook, and even Yesung, who doesn't know about what Ryeowook was passing recently, were seeing the inevitable consequences of those tumors in his brain.

The silence was only broke with the sound of the water boiling, what made Ryeowook excuse himself and go to the kitchen and finish his coffee without looking back while Yesung raised from the floor and followed Ryeowook until he found a place to the pieces of the vase.

"What do you have?" Yesung asked after taking a deep breathe looking to Ryeowook's back.

But Ryeowook still didn't answered while taking two mugs and putting the coffee there.

"Do you drink with milk?"

"Answer me. I want to help." the older said with a soft voice.

"Milk?" Ryeowook asked turning to Yesung and ignoring his question again.

"Why are you like this?"

"It won't change anything. Milk?"

"No thanks." Yesung answered giving up from his question and accepting the mug. "Oh." Yesung exclaimed after drinking a little. "It's hard to find a coffee like that. I love the ones like this."

"My job is making coffee, I sure know how to do them." Ryeowook smiled before drinking from his own mug.

"What did you put in here?" the older asked smelling, looking and tasting the coffee.

"It's my secret." Ryeowook smiled brightly and Yesung thought that if he could die of just seeing that adorable smile, he would be probably already gone.

Yesung didn't think twice to take two steps forward to Ryeowook, leave his mug in the stand and pulling Ryeowook's face close to his through his cheek. Their eyes connected for a moment, Ryeowook's smile already gone leaving all expressionless. Seeing no restraint from Ryeowook, Yesung closed the distance and touched Ryeowook's lips with his resting for a bit in the soft feeling of it. Ryeowook just melted in and left his body be stand by Yesung's other hand resting in his back. For Ryeowook, he just could die now and everything would be fine since he is feeling that warm lips and hands on him.

"Do you want to go out with me?" Yesung asked in a whisper after pushing out and looking to the still closed eyes of Ryeowook.

"I..." Ryeowook started, he never thought about something like that, to be close, to go out, and he was really wishing to do it with someone. But then, he couldn't, it wouldn't be fair and Yesung was being so nice to him. Ryeowook couldn't stand leave someone like him behind. "I can't."

"Why not?" Yesung asked caressing Ryeowook's cheek wanting to see those eyes again. Once again he wasn't enjoying the feeling of not getting what he wanted. "Please."

"You shouldn't." Ryeowook whispered taking Yesung's hand away from his face and turning his back to the man. "You shouldn't."

"I'm sorry." Yesung said looking to the fragile back of Ryeowook. Looking to a piece of paper and a pen in the table, Yesung wrote quickly his phone number and left there. "I'll leave my number with you." Ryeowook hugged himself. "Just... Call me later." then Yesung passed through him, but stopped in the door and said out loud. "Please, take care of yourself." before he closed the door and the apartment got filled by silence again.

Ryeowook didn't want to be alone, didn't want to stand there without anyone. He really would love to stay more with Yesung.

But he shouldn't.
