More thoughts

how bout this weather, huh? Great!

More and more, everyday, i realize and believe that no one wants to know the truth, nor do they want to acknowledge it. No one cares for the just, the right, the good. No one wants to make a difference. No one cares for how things "should" be. no one cares, unless there's something in it for them. Andrew says this isn't so, that while most people may seem this way, there are still people that care. I don't know anymore. I've seen this attitude lately everywhere. the person that stands up for the right is not just passed over, but ridiculed, even punished. I am tired of this attitude, and am getting tired of upholding my own, when no one seems to care. My spirit is weary.

ROCK PAPER SCISSORS THEORY!

I was thinking the other day about rock, paper, scissors, and came up with the following theory:

Rock is the most common thrown out of the three, on the first attempt, because rock similates a natural position of the hand. The brain will subconsciously lean towards throwing rock because the brain will easily do what it is already patterned to do. the hand naturally curves into a fist, and therefore takes less work or thought than paper, which requires the hand to become unnaturally flat, or the most unnatural, scissors.

Therefore, if this is true, than Paper should be thrown every FIRST attempt to increase odds of winning. HOWEVER, now that you have all read this and realize what is going on with the brain, you will be more likely to throw paper.

Of course, none of this is tested and i have no statistical data, but i thought it was a cool theory. It makes sense.

I'm excited about juries. Why you ask?
1) Because i really like my piece, and despite my lack of work ethic this semester, i think i'm going to play it just fine.
2) Because this jury is no pressure, unlike the past year of juries trying to pass the barrier.
3) Because the moment after a jury marks the official end of the semester.
4) Because my jury is on monday, and not on friday.

Andrew is graduating! and he is walking too! Yay! that means free dinnah for everyone compliments of Andrew's parents. And party afterwards :) I am so proud of him! His director at Krum also invited? me to go on their Six Flags trip on friday...we'll see if that happens.

More later, as news develops.
