US Daylight Savings change

This is going to be a pain in the ass for my company, as we run things on GMT and leave adjustments to the handhelds out in the field. I also didn't think of the whole "treating the US and Canada the same" issue either... we currently list those time zones and appropriate DST changes to be the same for US and Canada.
Also, i'll be all out of whack with any meetings with folks in Europe for those 4 weeks. It's bad enough have a 1 week gap between the changes. Last year i went through the DST change twice when i was in London and they changed, then flew to the US before the US changed.
