Considering I am only 3 days new to this site, I do not know all ( or any) of the terminology. I assume CC means credit card payment. The way I make payment is just directly out of my paypal account. If this is what you wanted to know great...if not, I would appreciate any help you may give me in figuring this all out. Thank you

that would be non-cc paypal if it comes right from your paypal account. if you ask it to charge your card, then it's cc paypal.

I didn't realize it was not new. Can you look at it and tell that it has been used? I was buying this as a gift for my friend and am not sure about buying something used? Please let me know

It looks new and I honestly think it would be difficult to tell it was used. There is no flattening of the dome, no brush marks or anything. I certainly understand your hesitation.
