Have you ever heard of the Pedouins? It's a family of five1 that biked from Kentucky to Alaska on a single five-seater bicycle. They just moved in next door to us. I'm a bit worried about them because they are from Kentucky, this is their first winter in Alaska and they have chosen to move into a dry powerless cabin heated by a wood stove in the middle of the woods.

1(Technically, a family of eight but the three eldest stayed in Kentucky.)
