Megan's Request
Well, since I was personally singled-out, I can't even avoid doing this five songs thing. The problem with the way I listen to songs, though, is the fact that I will just download and over-listen to random songs I happen to like that I hear on the radio or actually most often on commercials. Commercials just seem to pick really good songs... and sometimes you have to gank them. In fact... (this is just a funny anecdote) I was watching the Heisman trophy presentation show a couple of years ago, and I remember hearing a really good song on one of the packages. A couple of weeks went by before I remebered to download it, except I had forgot all of the lyrics and most of the tune, but I still remembered it was good. So, I ended up trying to use the forum on ESPN.com to get my answer. But the most direct response I received was, "WHAT'RE YOU TALKING ABOUT YOU CREEP! YOU MUST BE ONE OF THOSE GUYS WHO SITS AT HOME IN THEIR JAMMIES ALL DAY WATCHING PORN!!!!"
Well, suffice to say that I basically gave up on that medium. So, I had forgot about it for about a year or so, when one day in physics class, Mr. Mont happens to put on a Moby album and it all clicked. So, I found out the name of the song by using the lyrics. That's just one of the many ways I seem to find songs that I like to listen to. It's kind of ace. Anyway, on to the current songs. (BTW, many of these might be very old... I'm just like that)
1. "What Happens Tomorrow" - Duran Duran (new school)
2. "Title and Registration" - Death Cab for Cutie (i heard this on the OC)
3. "Right Thurr" - Chingy (damn, I love this song for some reason)
4. "If You Leave" - Nada Surf (also from the OC)
5. "This is the Day" - The The (from that Dockers commercial with people jumping around)
Yeah... so I guess this a weird variety of songs. Anyway, I guess I have to "tag" people, so I'll just tag the five people that were in my living room a while ago, though I'm not hopeful that they will do this, and it's possible that they already have. Anyway, Alok, Bubblegum, Sean, Orr, Avi, I choose you... list the five songs you are currently in to. In other news... it's summer time and I'm wasting it already. Someone save me.
