I don't know how many people are watching "Mad Men" on AMC (I know!) but it's well done and a facinating look into the Madison Avenue Advertising Business in the 1960's cast as a 1hr drama. Definantly worth a Tivo in my book! Really! The wit, the sexism, the sheer audacity of the times. Last night's episode had a woman seeing a shrink and THE SHRINK CALLED HER HUSBAND AND REPORTED ON HER! No shit. Also discussed, property values being lowered by having a divorcee on the block. How quaint non?
I never would have made it as a 60's housefrau. NEVER.
