I thought I'll translate some interviews for SID this time, and there's quite a few recent articles of SID from kou-rakuen, a chinese fansite for SID. Since chinese is kind of my native language, i thought I'll just quickly translate them for people who can't understand chinese. But I realised there are a few errors in the chinese article so I made some edits, but I'm too lazy to reread the entire original japanese article so most of this is stll translated from the chinese one. Because it's a double translation [from Japanese --> Chinese --> English], some of the original information and tone might be lost....m(_ _)m

1. What is the thing that you want to protect the most now?
Mao: Rather than saying I want to protect my body structure, it's more like wanting to maintain it.
Is it currently at its best stage yet?
Mao: Yep. I started controlling my shape around April, and it became pretty good in July. But I don't really want to think of it been too difficult, so I just want to keep in mind on maintaining it.
Certainly, controlling diet is one method, are there any other things to take note of?
Mao: To increase metabolism, you have to take baths [not shower, but baths], and exercise when you feel you've eaten too much
2. Who's your enemy now?
Like "I don't want to lose in this aspect!", these kind of mentality stuff, anything is fine, do you have such things?
Mao: The dry weather. From this season onwards, it will be somewhat dry.
Are there any strategies?
Mao: As expected, a humidifier. I'm not using it at night yet, but in winter, I use it all day.
I guess you use the larger kinds right.
Mao: No, not like that, but I use many of it. Recently I bought a sucking kind, which was pretty amazing. The reason for most colds is due to the dry weather. Also it's easy to catch colds when sleeping, so I can't wear short sleeves to sleep, I have to think about such things. So compared to last time, I don't get colds so easily now.
3. The recent happenings that makes you want to shout "Help me - "?
Mao: Recently I drove to a spa kind of place. I was driving along a rather wide road, and the cars were going "vroom vroom" [what he actually said was "byun byun", but I'm thinking it's more like "vroom vroom" to me lol], but the entry road to the carpark there only allows one car to drive through so it's really narrow, and moreover it's a steep slope. And just when I was entering the carpark, another car going opposite my way appeared.
Uwaaa, that's is certainly a situation that calls for help.
Mao: I can only go backwards, no choice but to return to that wide road, but behind me there's those cars going "vroom vroom", and in front of me there's also a car exiting, the bar [I can't remember what you call that bar that's at the entrance of carparks Orz...] is raised, like with an expression, "hurry up and go". That is really scary. There's no way I can make those cars on the main road wait for me. So when they realised that they need to stop, it took quite a few minutes. No matter what, i think that place [the spa palce] needs some reconstruction. (laughs)
4. This winter, if using "a room with warm colors" as a theme, what do you want to buy?
Mao: A down quilt. recently I want to get one. The one I'm using now is pretty old so I wanted to get rid of it since a long time ago. I haven't bought one yet, still in the midst of serious searching.
Do you have any fixation?
Mao: I have an image of the ranking of the quilts I want, but I kind of want the smooth material that is used on this cover. Lighter colors are cool. But there's usually no such kind. Even though I saw it on the net, but it's different from the real items. So i can only find it myself. I intend to start searching from nearby areas.
My Boom
Recently, it seems that you're passionate with cameras, why is that?
Mao: There's many applications in iPhone, and there's also the additional function of taking photos with it, so I think playing with it is really interesting. I don't have a particular interest in it, but i thought cameras are fun, so I bought a toy digital camera. And then I couldn't be satisfied with that, and then I bought quite a good one.......unexpectedly I can't get sick of it.
It's fun to take pictures itself, but it's also fun to do editing on it too ne.
Mao: It's fun when taking pictures, there's also internal functions in the camera that can be used, just a few adjustments can change it, so it's fun to play with. The camera I'm using now, without reading the information booklet, just by playing around with it, I'm already able to grasp its usage.
So now, what are the things to take note of when choosing a camera?
Mao: I wanted to use a single-lens reflex camera. Those that are easy to use and small are good.
Come to think of it, recently you joined Yuuya-kun's fishing group.
Mao: I did go. Around 30 minutes.....I managed to reel in once, but doing that over and over again......I thought it was quite different (laughs) Also, the place is at Yokohama, so I went to Chinatown with my friends.
Anyway, the most important thing is to enjoy fully on an off-day.......about holding the camera, is it inconvenient when moving around?
Mao: Ahh~, that might be so. To a certain extent, from my memories, it's heading out to becoming a festish. Even though I don't bring it with me all the time, sometimes when there might be something on, I'll bring it with me.
Also recently, Mao-kun has been using twitter too.
Mao: Yeah. At the beginning, there was someone that i didnt really get along well with in it, but gradually, we were slowly able to connect. Sometimes, during the times when we were exchanging messages among friends, [sometimes might be an understatement Maonyan...] we asked people that we've met before to participate in it too, so from there we made more exchanges that way.
Even without exchanging phone numbers, it's easy to communicate over twitter ne.
Mao: Yeah. For myself, I really have the feeling that a person's phone number is a person's personal information, but unexpectedly, isn't everyone able to say light heartedly, "Please tell me your phone number". I'm bad with that.
So in this aspect, the distance feel in twitter is just right for Mao-kun?
Mao: Unn. I think it is like that. I received messages from many different people.....especially those from overseas. I can never seem to finish reading them (laughs). Well, with all those things, I think I will be able to happily continue with it.

Shinji: Probably my assets......no I'm lying (laughs) As expected, my family. Or friends, any maybe many other things too, but protecting my family is something that I guess only I can do.
So for example, do you send presents back to your family?
Shinji: Ah, a while ago, I sent a urinal. This is true (laughs). Well, it's the normal kind though...My house has a long history of construction so it's pretty old, one of the two toilets in my house, because of low water pressure, water doesn't come out. Because I think that kind of life is inconvenient, I sent them a urinal a while ago. It's bad to make this kind of natural things difficult ne. But well, recently I still havent gone back home, so I didn't confirm if it reached safely to my house, but my family sent a photo mail to me, the one of the urinal (laughs).
2. Who's your enemy now?
Shinji: Sake I guess. Recently I always drink alone, but I guess doing that always is really boring. In this way, the sake don't taste good anymore, however for now if I keep drinking until sleep time something bad is gonna happen.
An enemy in that sense.
Shinji: Yep, I'm thinking if it's better to use a different way to live.
3. The recent happenings that makes you want to shout "Help me - "?
Shinji: I have a weighing machine that comes attached with something that also calculate your fat ratio in my house, and I weigh myself everyday. Considerably, I'm carefully living my life. A while ago, my weight was at its lightest until now, I thought "finallyー", then I saw the words "Caution" appearing on the gadget for the fat ratio. It's probably because I didn't exercise much. Just that I was surprised because I thought I slimmed down but in the end my fat ratio increased instead.
You thought that if you don't start exercising, it'll be bad?
Shinji: That's right. Just that, because I was too busy, I can't really do much can I (laughs).
In order to look light (laughs) But your Tokyo Dome performance is coming up soon, doesnt it feel like it won't do if you don't do something about it soon?
Shinji: Well, I won't go as far as to train my body, but I do want to start jogging for maintaining my health.
4. This winter, if using "a room with warm colors" as a theme, what do you want to buy?
Shinji: ........A blanket? Actually since I came to Tokyo, I've been using the same blanket, and because it's from my hometown, isn't it hard to throw it away?
Ah, I understand!
Shinji: I've been using that always, but I guess it has become old, now even though I'm using a double-size futon to sleep, the blanket was a single size, so everytime when I wake up in the morning, it feels like I'm not covered by the blanket at all, so for that, I hope to buy a blanket that matches the size of my futon this winter.
My Boom
Shinji-kun has been using twitter too recently. Which area do you find interesting?
Shinji: I'm not really a sociable kind, but over twitter, I can become acquaintances with other people.........amazing, it's a connecting tool. Initially because it's kind of a trend I didn't really like it, but recently after using it, I realised that there is a reason for it being a trend.
During late nights or so, sometimes you send reply messages to fans too ne.
Shinji: That's right, very seldom. Just that........there's really a lot of messages coming in everyday. But I can't reply to all of them can I. Feelings wise, if I'm going to reply I will like to reply to all them, so I have more of the stance of not replying that often. That's the current situation, though.
So what is the area that you feel that having done this is really good?
Shinji: Usually, I don't usually go out drinking with people I know from other bands, but those I went out drinking with once before twitter, we managed to start talking once again over twitter, and that is something that i think is a happy thing.
Ahh, you're more of the "at home" type right.
Shinji: The ones that i go out to drink with are really those close ones. (laughs)
But everyone is really busy, so it's not like I can ask them to accompany me, that way, it's like by no choice I have to drink, by myself at home.
You also do your own cooking.......Seeing those from your blog, it was really scrumptous.
Shinji: No, only when I seriously made them it'll be on the blog [meaning the when there are pictures on the blog, those are the only times he actually seriously cooked] (laughs) Usually I just buy some sashimi and eat just like that.
That makes me feel a little better (laughs) You also bought a telescope recently. Within SID, there's the photography group, the fishing group etc, so what is Shinji-kun's .........?
Shinji: Boomerang pants group [swimming trunks] (laughs). Coincidentally on the day that I bought the telescope, I saw Kojima Yoshio-san on the street. As expected, my impression of Kojima-san is boomerang pants. Just like that I established it. [the group called the Boomerang pants group LOL]
[Kojima Yoshio is a Japanese comedian who is known to appear in performance and interviews with just a bathing suit]
Using your memories to name your group huh (laughs) So, do you use the telescope to do a series of activites?
Shinji: I did. Until now, we've done 3 times, the first time is watching by myself (laughs), for the second and third time, I called the photographer and hair make-up artist along......but 98% of the time, we were drinking. But to be able to see anything with that, it requires quite some effort. Firstly, unconnected to the telescope, there's a scope that comes with it, but there is an aim attached with it, and moreoever it has to match with the aim of the telescope.
Is that the case?
Shinji: The one that i bought is a manual one for adults, so there's not many functions that comes with it. I guess the most important thing is the quality of the lens, I didn't know at first and I bought that set.........that's why, the group is kind of at its limit on its third time (laughs) Since it became this way, I can only buy a new one.
It was unnessary (laughs) Do you originally have an interest in star watching?
Shinji: Even though I don't really understand that kind of troublesome study, but I guess I always liked it, but for those nameless stars, no matter how good the telescope is, I can only see fragments. Well, the current goal is just to be able to clearly see Mars or Jupiter.

Aki: Family. My mother
That's a quick answer ne.
Aki: There's many meanings attached to this, I think it's because of my mother that I'm able to be in a band.
Do you often meet?
Aki: Yes. Recently our relations are particularly good. We didn't quarrel either........ We had some arguments in the past though. I guess it's more of complaints and during times when I'm more tired, arguments unintentionally happen. But recently that didn't happen.
Do you give presents to your mother?
Aki: Yes. But if I send something to her, it's not that she's not happy, she will say, "you use it for yourself".......Come to think about it, a few days ago, I went to a street where I lived when I was young with her and went to the stall where we often ate at.
2. Who's your enemy now?
Aki: Probably my negative self. It feels like my entire self has gone languid. For reasons unknown, the depressing feeling will expand together with my thoughts. I thought if I become those people who don't worry about those things I probably won't be so tired.
To shake yourself from those, do you have any methods of overcoming them?
Aki: During those times, it's better not to meet other people. I have my own pace, whether for work or play, and other people have their own pace too, I don't have to compromise myself for them....At those times, if it was just I who was being over-sensitive, it becomes a vicious cycle in the end. So to get myself away from that kind of situation, the best I can do is to be alone. .....maybe because I lack calcium (laughs)
3. The recent happenings that makes you want to shout "Help me - "?
Aki: Recently I always have to stay in the workplace so my own room is a total mess......so I want to ask for cleaning services, find a housekeeper to help me out.
Speaking of housekeepers, the impression is a friendly lady just entering middle ages, where not only is she able to clean the house, she's also able to prepare some hand-made snacks, that type right?
Aki: Ahh~ that'll be good!
If there's such a person, even for women, they'll think that way too. Like "I want her everyday" (laughs)
Aki: Like, after opening the fridge, in the tupperware, there's seaweed, meat and potato stew and various dishes. That's really good. (laughs) I definitely kinda want her over.
4. This winter, if using "a room with warm colors" as a theme, what do you want to buy?
Aki: Eh, a fireplace i guess.
That really matches the theme ne (laughs). But it's difficult for a normal family to place it, isn't it?
Aki: I've been concerned with it a long time ago, I don't need one with a chimney, I want the one that use alcohol light to create warmth. That's really cool. But it seems that the price is around 1 million yen (laughs)
Ehh~! But if the house has such a thing, the ambience will be raised.
Aki: Yeah. Well, currently I won't buy it. I'll just include this in the things I yearn for.
My Boom
Actually, there's the image that Aki's recent going on is the most mysterious.
Aki: True, recently I've only being traveling in between workplace and home, so I don't really have anything to talk about regarding this topic......it's like it'll be good to have an interest that can bring out something to talk about regarding this (laughs)
Ah, no no (laughs)
Aki: How do i say this, during song composing, it seems like I couldn't do anything else, it's always been like this. I also seldom updated the blog.......Well, the fans probably think "Ah, maybe he's composing songs again". I think they can understand that. During times of freedom I'll do some stuff, in this way, there will also be topics for conversations....... "slept after returning home" this sentence will get boring after a week (laughs). Recently, I've been told by several people who used Twitter to start too, but I don't understand its usage (laughs). For a man who can't even handle a blog, writing more stuff is really difficult. (laughs) so it's better if I don't start it.
The busier you get, the more things that you feel you have to do ne.
Aki: Yeah, that's right. I couldn't clean or do laundry. Even though I want to. That's quite tough. So if i have time now, I'll want to start with those.
Do you want to have equipment for cleaning? For example, a very strong sucking vacuum cleaner and all...........
Aki: Ah, these~ I heard Shinji bought an auto cleaning equipment, and it seems good. It's a great help to be able to get those to automatically clean the bed and all that.
Certainly that'll be a great help!
Aki: After that, it's calling a housekeeper(laughs) Even though I've not tried it, if i don't do that, it won't be quick to tidy up.
Ah, some readers reading up to here might say "I want to go" and all (laughs)
Aki: Well, even though I don't want to say it, but it's really best if I can do all those myself (laughs).......Ah, and speaking of which, I also really want to seriously cook my own meals. I want to be in control of my kitchen and meals. Preparing next day's breakfast the night before, properly finishing it before heading to work, this kind of life is pretty good. I want to buy a good pot. I want to buy those that's in American drama's, the shining ones.
You have a solid image ne. But for cooking, your tension might change with the equipment, so starting from the shape, it's already quite important.
Aki: Yes! People might not believe me, but before this I made risotte before. After that, I put powder on the salmon, and also heat the butter and flambed them [some cooking procedure that even I don't know O_O]......of course I'm following the book as I'm making. Right now I'm living a degraded life on take-outs(laughs). So next time if there's time, I think I need to buy useful equipment ASAP.

Yuuya: What can it be....probably sleep time or something. How do i say this, recently, I truly realised the importance of sleep.
Which part of sleeping do you take particular note of?
Yuuya: speaking of the sleeping quality.......I think the most important thing is whether I can feel that I have slept completely.
There's certainly such a thing as a sleeping pattern.
Yuuya: So I'm saying it's best not to sleep consciously.
2. Who's your enemy now?
Yuuya: fast rhythm rock
Eh? so you're talking about when performing?
Yuuya: Yes. I've been playing the drums for many years, so it's not the first time i've realised this, but I still like listening to this kind of music. Even though I'm thinking that way, I'm not really playing that way. For example, when comparing to other music i like, like funk.......for instance, I won't be able to play due to a sudden analysis, or i didn't notice it, or it's the body acting on its own. I think this is known as an enemy, and so there's a feel that that is an area that i need to improve on.....All the things I liked until now, the things i learnt from the music I listened to, using them to liven up the sounds of rock, even though it has become a something like my own drumming style, it was a rock beat that has some fastidiousness to it. Even though I think this is not an easy thing, it's a rock beat that's easier to understand. Because I don't easily understand the very showy protrayal methods, which I thoroughly realised that during hte filming of the PV, from now on, I want to have a form that I can accept.
3. The recent happenings that makes you want to shout "Help me - "?
Yuuya: Now you can do anything on the net isn't it? For example even borrowing DVDs. for that, a few days ago, my friend got married, but i couldn't attend the ceremony, so I wanted to send a mail, and challenged myself on the net. But i completely don't know the way to use it. Even though I followed the instructions, but it says "There is a part where you did not fill in"...... where!? something like that (laughs). And then I have to repeat all over again, but it still doesnt work, so i tried another company, but because of the half-full width input difference, an error quickly shows. I thought it'll be fine if I just follow the instructions manual, writing the lines horizontally too....Moreover, the content was not bad too, it's a matter of fact that before sending it out, returning to the previous page will cause deletion, the contents of the mail I copied disappeared.
So in the end did you send it?
Yuuya: Un, but in the end it's yet another company, but i still think the first onewas better (laughs).
4. This winter, if using "a room with warm colors" as a theme, what do you want to buy?
Yuuya: Even though this is slightly different from "snug and warm", i want to buy a good humidifier. Well, I heard from our own home electronics celebrity Shinji (laughs), that there is one equipment that removes humidity, adds humidity and also cleans the air in one.
That is convenient.
Yuuya: So whether it is summer or winter, it's possible to maintain the room at the same humidity. I think that is a great thing.
So recently, you thought of buying it?
Yuuya: Yes. Recently sleeping with the windows open feel good, but soon it'll feel very dry. in this kind of situation, that kind of thing will be very convenient. Also because i'm keeping a pet, so if there is the air cleaner function, that will be even better.

My Boom
If it's recently, a few days ago, you went fishing with Mao-kun right?
Yuuya: Even though we have stopped fishing after August, at that time, Mao-kun was very envious. Come to think of it, recently Mao-kun was very interested in photography, even in twitter he mentioned about wanting to start a photography club, about that...... I didn't really specially make a name or anything, but somehow after we went fishing together, there's this fishing club, and there's also some talk about having activities together, and then just the next day, it was suddenly created.
Mao-kun seems to have also fished too.
Yuuya: Yeah, after I throw in the bait, he fished(laughs). We managed to get 4 but 2 escaped, but we took pictures of the remaining two and managed to get quite excited.
The difference in the respective enthusiasm of the talk is great (laughs) After that, who are the members?
Yuuya: The photographer and his son, and a staff from the record company that participated in the first one. In the middle of it, it was nothing but a sardine [exact name: iwashi] feast. After that, it was mamakari and all[another kind of sardine]. This time, even though we fished at Daikoku Futo [a pier in Tokyo], we also had reels for sea-fishing. And so, we did just that....In the middle of it, we changed to using the iwashi we got earlier as bait to get the bigger fish, twice, we managed to get something but we couldn't reel it in so it ended with the string getting broken (laughs). But the staff from the recording company, earnestly fished for the big fish since morning, until the middle of it, there were no fish reeled in. but until the last, suddenly, he managed to catch a 34-35 cm largescale blackfish. That was really exciting ne. He said "I managed to get that, because of my fishing style" (laughs)
That sounds really fun. Isn't the fishing club really exciting?
Yuuya: That's true. There's also the hair stylist who fished with us during the tour, was also with us during summer. Recently, I can use this as material for the blog, and then it seems that the recording engineer who was always in charge of making our music actually liked fishing too. He said to me, "Yuuya-kun, so you actually fish" With that kind of feeling, it'll probably be interesting to get different kinds of people around me who are fishing fans into this club. Living in Tokyo, the sea is not easily accessible....so there's this feeling that the ocean is really far away. Mao: Yeah. At the beginning, there was someone that i didnt really get along well with in it, but gradually, we were slowly able to connect. Mao: Yeah. For myself, I really have the feeling that a person's phone number is a person's personal information, but unexpectedly, isn't everyone able to say light heartedly, "Please tell me your phone number". I'm bad with that.
So in this aspect, the distance feel in twitter is just right for Mao-kun?
Mao: Unn. I think it is like that. I received messages from many different people.....especially those from overseas. I can never seem to finish reading them (laughs). Well, with all those things, I think I will be able to happily continue with it.

1. What is the thing that you want to protect the most now?
Shinji: Probably my assets......no I'm lying (laughs) As expected, my family. Or friends, any maybe many other things too, but protecting my family is something that I guess only I can do.
So for example, do you send presents back to your family?
Shinji: Ah, a while ago, I sent a urinal. This is true (laughs). Well, it's the normal kind though...My house has a long history of construction so it's pretty old, one of the two toilets in my house, because of low water pressure, water doesn't come out. Because I think that kind of life is inconvenient, I sent them a urinal a while ago. It's bad to make this kind of natural things difficult ne. But well, recently I still havent gone back home, so I didn't confirm if it reached safely to my house, but my family sent a photo mail to me, the one of the urinal (laughs).
2. Who's your enemy now?
Shinji: Sake I guess. Recently I always drink alone, but I guess doing that always is really boring. In this way, the sake don't taste good anymore, however for now if I keep drinking until sleep time something bad is gonna happen.
An enemy in that sense.
Shinji: Yep, I'm thinking if it's better to use a different way to live.
3. The recent happenings that makes you want to shout "Help me - "?
Shinji: I have a weighing machine that comes attached with something that also calculate your fat ratio in my house, and I weigh myself everyday. Considerably, I'm carefully living my life. A while ago, my weight was at its lightest until now, I thought "finallyー", then I saw the words "Caution" appearing on the gadget for the fat ratio. It's probably because I didn't exercise much. Just that I was surprised because I thought I slimmed down but in the end my fat ratio increased instead.
You thought that if you don't start exercising, it'll be bad?
Shinji: That's right. Just that, because I was too busy, I can't really do much can I (laughs).
In order to look light (laughs) But your Tokyo Dome performance is coming up soon, doesnt it feel like it won't do if you don't do something about it soon?
Shinji: Well, I won't go as far as to train my body, but I do want to start jogging for maintaining my health.
4. This winter, if using "a room with warm colors" as a theme, what do you want to buy?
Shinji: ........A blanket? Actually since I came to Tokyo, I've been using the same blanket, and because it's from my hometown, isn't it hard to throw it away?
Ah, I understand!
Shinji: I've been using that always, but I guess it has become old, now even though I'm using a double-size futon to sleep, the blanket was a single size, so everytime when I wake up in the morning, it feels like I'm not covered by the blanket at all, so for that, I hope to buy a blanket that matches the size of my futon this winter.

Shinji-kun has been using twitter too recently. Which area do you find interesting?
Shinji: I'm not really a sociable kind, but over twitter, I can become acquaintances with other people.........amazing, it's a connecting tool. Initially because it's kind of a trend I didn't really like it, but recently after using it, I realised that there is a reason for it being a trend.
During late nights or so, sometimes you send reply messages to fans too ne.
Shinji: That's right, very seldom. Just that........there's really a lot of messages coming in everyday. But I can't reply to all of them can I. Feelings wise, if I'm going to reply I will like to reply to all them, so I have more of the stance of not replying that often. That's the current situation, though.
So what is the area that you feel that having done this is really good?
Shinji: Usually, I don't usually go out drinking with people I know from other bands, but those I went out drinking with once before twitter, we managed to start talking once again over twitter, and that is something that i think is a happy thing.
Ahh, you're more of the "at home" type right.
Shinji: The ones that i go out to drink with are really those close ones. (laughs)
But everyone is really busy, so it's not like I can ask them to accompany me, that way, it's like by no choice I have to drink, by myself at home.
You also do your own cooking.......Seeing those from your blog, it was really scrumptous.
Shinji: No, only when I seriously made them it'll be on the blog [meaning the when there are pictures on the blog, those are the only times he actually seriously cooked] (laughs) Usually I just buy some sashimi and eat just like that.
That makes me feel a little better (laughs) You also bought a telescope recently. Within SID, there's the photography group, the fishing group etc, so what is Shinji-kun's .........?
Shinji: Boomerang pants group [swimming trunks] (laughs). Coincidentally on the day that I bought the telescope, I saw Kojima Yoshio-san on the street. As expected, my impression of Kojima-san is boomerang pants. Just like that I established it. [the group called the Boomerang pants group LOL]
[Kojima Yoshio is a Japanese comedian who is known to appear in performance and interviews with just a bathing suit]
Using your memories to name your group huh (laughs) So, do you use the telescope to do a series of activites?
Shinji: I did. Until now, we've done 3 times, the first time is watching by myself (laughs), for the second and third time, I called the photographer and hair make-up artist along......but 98% of the time, we were drinking. But to be able to see anything with that, it requires quite some effort. Firstly, unconnected to the telescope, there's a scope that comes with it, but there is an aim attached with it, and moreoever it has to match with the aim of the telescope.
Is that the case?
Shinji: The one that i bought is a manual one for adults, so there's not many functions that comes with it. I guess the most important thing is the quality of the lens, I didn't know at first and I bought that set.........that's why, the group is kind of at its limit on its third time (laughs) Since it became this way, I can only buy a new one.
It was unnessary (laughs) Do you originally have an interest in star watching?
Shinji: Even though I don't really understand that kind of troublesome study, but I guess I always liked it, but for those nameless stars, no matter how good the telescope is, I can only see fragments. Well, the current goal is just to be able to clearly see Mars or Jupiter.

Aki: There's many meanings attached to this, I think it's because of my mother that I'm able to be in a band.
Do you often meet?
Aki: Yes. Recently our relations are particularly good. We didn't quarrel either........ We had some arguments in the past though. I guess it's more of complaints and during times when I'm more tired, arguments unintentionally happen. But recently that didn't happen.
Do you give presents to your mother?
Aki: Yes. But if I send something to her, it's not that she's not happy, she will say, "you use it for yourself".......Come to think about it, a few days ago, I went to a street where I lived when I was young with her and went to the stall where we often ate at.
2. Who's your enemy now?
Aki: Probably my negative self. It feels like my entire self has gone languid. For reasons unknown, the depressing feeling will expand together with my thoughts. I thought if I become those people who don't worry about those things I probably won't be so tired.
To shake yourself from those, do you have any methods of overcoming them?
Aki: During those times, it's better not to meet other people. I have my own pace, whether for work or play, and other people have their own pace too, I don't have to compromise myself for them....At those times, if it was just I who was being over-sensitive, it becomes a vicious cycle in the end. So to get myself away from that kind of situation, the best I can do is to be alone. .....maybe because I lack calcium (laughs)

Aki: Recently I always have to stay in the workplace so my own room is a total mess......so I want to ask for cleaning services, find a housekeeper to help me out.
Speaking of housekeepers, the impression is a friendly lady just entering middle ages, where not only is she able to clean the house, she's also able to prepare some hand-made snacks, that type right?
Aki: Ahh~ that'll be good!
If there's such a person, even for women, they'll think that way too. Like "I want her everyday" (laughs)
Aki: Like, after opening the fridge, in the tupperware, there's seaweed, meat and potato stew and various dishes. That's really good. (laughs) I definitely kinda want her over.
4. This winter, if using "a room with warm colors" as a theme, what do you want to buy?
Aki: Eh, a fireplace i guess.
That really matches the theme ne (laughs). But it's difficult for a normal family to place it, isn't it?
Aki: I've been concerned with it a long time ago, I don't need one with a chimney, I want the one that use alcohol light to create warmth. That's really cool. But it seems that the price is around 1 million yen (laughs)
Ehh~! But if the house has such a thing, the ambience will be raised.
Aki: Yeah. Well, currently I won't buy it. I'll just include this in the things I yearn for.
My Boom
Actually, there's the image that Aki's recent going on is the most mysterious.
Aki: True, recently I've only being traveling in between workplace and home, so I don't really have anything to talk about regarding this topic......it's like it'll be good to have an interest that can bring out something to talk about regarding this (laughs)

Aki: How do i say this, during song composing, it seems like I couldn't do anything else, it's always been like this. I also seldom updated the blog.......Well, the fans probably think "Ah, maybe he's composing songs again". I think they can understand that. During times of freedom I'll do some stuff, in this way, there will also be topics for conversations....... "slept after returning home" this sentence will get boring after a week (laughs). Recently, I've been told by several people who used Twitter to start too, but I don't understand its usage (laughs). For a man who can't even handle a blog, writing more stuff is really difficult. Aki: Yeah, that's right. I couldn't clean or do laundry. Even though I want to. That's quite tough. So if i have time now, I'll want to start with those.
Do you want to have equipment for cleaning? For example, a very strong sucking vacuum cleaner and all...........
Aki: Ah, these~ I heard Shinji bought an auto cleaning equipment, and it seems good. It's a great help to be able to get those to automatically clean the bed and all that.

Aki: After that, it's calling a housekeeper(laughs) Even though I've not tried it, if i don't do that, it won't be quick to tidy up.

Aki: Well, even though I don't want to say it, but it's really best if I can do all those myself (laughs).......Ah, and speaking of which, I also really want to seriously cook my own meals. I want to be in control of my kitchen and meals. Preparing next day's breakfast the night before, properly finishing it before heading to work, this kind of life is pretty good. I want to buy a good pot. I want to buy those that's in American drama's, the shining ones.
You have a solid image ne. But for cooking, your tension might change with the equipment, so starting from the shape, it's already quite important.
Aki: Yes! People might not believe me, but before this I made risotte before. After that, I put powder on the salmon, and also heat the butter and flambed them [some cooking procedure that even I don't know O_O]......of course I'm following the book as I'm making. Right now I'm living a degraded life on take-outs(laughs). So next time if there's time, I think I need to buy useful equipment ASAP.

Yuuya: What can it be....probably sleep time or something. How do i say this, recently, I truly realised the importance of sleep.
Which part of sleeping do you take particular note of?
Yuuya: speaking of the sleeping quality.......I think the most important thing is whether I can feel that I have slept completely.
There's certainly such a thing as a sleeping pattern.
Yuuya: So I'm saying it's best not to sleep consciously.
2. Who's your enemy now?
Yuuya: fast rhythm rock
Eh? so you're talking about when performing?
Yuuya: Yes. I've been playing the drums for many years, so it's not the first time i've realised this, but I still like listening to this kind of music. Even though I'm thinking that way, I'm not really playing that way. For example, when comparing to other music i like, like funk.......for instance, I won't be able to play due to a sudden analysis, or i didn't notice it, or it's the body acting on its own. I think this is known as an enemy, and so there's a feel that that is an area that i need to improve on.....All the things I liked until now, the things i learnt from the music I listened to, using them to liven up the sounds of rock, even though it has become a something like my own drumming style, it was a rock beat that has some fastidiousness to it. Even though I think this is not an easy thing, it's a rock beat that's easier to understand. Because I don't easily understand the very showy protrayal methods, which I thoroughly realised that during hte filming of the PV, from now on, I want to have a form that I can accept.
3. The recent happenings that makes you want to shout "Help me - "?
Yuuya: Now you can do anything on the net isn't it? For example even borrowing DVDs. for that, a few days ago, my friend got married, but i couldn't attend the ceremony, so I wanted to send a mail, and challenged myself on the net. But i completely don't know the way to use it. Even though I followed the instructions, but it says "There is a part where you did not fill in"...... where!? something like that (laughs). And then I have to repeat all over again, but it still doesnt work, so i tried another company, but because of the half-full width input difference, an error quickly shows. I thought it'll be fine if I just follow the instructions manual, writing the lines horizontally too....Moreover, the content was not bad too, it's a matter of fact that before sending it out, returning to the previous page will cause deletion, the contents of the mail I copied disappeared.
So in the end did you send it?
Yuuya: Un, but in the end it's yet another company, but i still think the first onewas better (laughs).
4. This winter, if using "a room with warm colors" as a theme, what do you want to buy?
Yuuya: Even though this is slightly different from "snug and warm", i want to buy a good humidifier. Well, I heard from our own home electronics celebrity Shinji (laughs), that there is one equipment that removes humidity, adds humidity and also cleans the air in one.
That is convenient.
Yuuya: So whether it is summer or winter, it's possible to maintain the room at the same humidity. I think that is a great thing.
So recently, you thought of buying it?
Yuuya: Yes. Recently sleeping with the windows open feel good, but soon it'll feel very dry. in this kind of situation, that kind of thing will be very convenient. Also because i'm keeping a pet, so if there is the air cleaner function, that will be even better.

My Boom
If it's recently, a few days ago, you went fishing with Mao-kun right?
Yuuya: Even though we have stopped fishing after August, at that time, Mao-kun was very envious. Come to think of it, recently Mao-kun was very interested in photography, even in twitter he mentioned about wanting to start a photography club, about that...... I didn't really specially make a name or anything, but somehow after we went fishing together, there's this fishing club, and there's also some talk about having activities together, and then just the next day, it was suddenly created.
Mao-kun seems to have also fished too.
Yuuya: Yeah, after I throw in the bait, he fished(laughs). We managed to get 4 but 2 escaped, but we took pictures of the remaining two and managed to get quite excited.
The difference in the respective enthusiasm of the talk is great (laughs) After that, who are the members?
Yuuya: The photographer and his son, and a staff from the record company that participated in the first one. In the middle of it, it was nothing but a sardine [exact name: iwashi] feast. After that, it was mamakari and all[another kind of sardine]. This time, even though we fished at Daikoku Futo [a pier in Tokyo], we also had reels for sea-fishing. And so, we did just that....In the middle of it, we changed to using the iwashi we got earlier as bait to get the bigger fish, twice, we managed to get something but we couldn't reel it in so it ended with the string getting broken (laughs). But the staff from the recording company, earnestly fished for the big fish since morning, until the middle of it, there were no fish reeled in. but until the last, suddenly, he managed to catch a 34-35 cm largescale blackfish. That was really exciting ne. He said "I managed to get that, because of my fishing style" (laughs)
That sounds really fun. Isn't the fishing club really exciting?
Yuuya: That's true. There's also the hair stylist who fished with us during the tour, was also with us during summer. Recently, I can use this as material for the blog, and then it seems that the recording engineer who was always in charge of making our music actually liked fishing too. He said to me, "Yuuya-kun, so you actually fish" With that kind of feeling, it'll probably be interesting to get different kinds of people around me who are fishing fans into this club. Living in Tokyo, the sea is not easily accessible....so there's this feeling that the ocean is really far away. But unexpectedly, it's actually not that far out, and so that's how we all started out to fish. Well, the following season.....when winter comes, it's going to get difficult, but if there's still time, I'll want to go fish again ne.
