watching american beauty on tv because i'm not watching marie antoinette at the theater.
everytime i see the scene in american beauty where annette benning is all "lester, you're going to spill beer on the sofa," i just want to die. as soon as you follow her gaze to the beer bottle, you just cringe. it's one of those scene where you want to shout at the screen (shut up! let it go!) to prevent the inevitable.
