Because i havent in forever...
I havent been on here in the longest, and now that i am, i figure- why not write a little something?
Things are good with me. Though im not too too excited to be going back to school, i just feel like i have a lot to do here still. But of course im going to feel that way, since i never even got unpacked when i came home. Its been a really crazy holiday break, but when is it not? I dont think ill ever know one that isnt. I came home, got my wisdom teeth out... which was a ton of fun in itself. (really, it was totally yucky, and i still have holes in my gums a month later.) I was still a little puffy & sore on Christmas (and i got them out on the 18th.) Some time inbetween mom had to go to the hospital to get fluids because she had that awful stomach flu thing. It sucked. I felt so bad for her, especially cause billy had no tolerance of it. Hes so impatient that he'd just leave the house. But, mehhmm, whatever. I guess its just how guys are. Cause when i got my teeth out, brian was gong nuts that he couldnt tickle me n whatnot.
Speaking of brian, he was home for the majority of my break because of some complications with his job at Dicks in Buffalo. Doctors notes, and timing on the faxes n blah blah blah. More likely than not, he wont be working there anymore.
In regards to school matters, i got all As for my 4 classes. Bio, chem, design for active living, and experiential learning. a really easy semester, but still, an A in Bio kinda still baffles me. lol, i know its probably because he really likes me as a student. I work hard. yay! so i got a nice 4.0 to boast of. But i try not to. Mom does that for me. lol Ive been doing my Field Period at More Fire, a glass studio in Rochester. Owned by Elizabeth Lyons, an art teacher from East... Its pretty cool. i go in on the weekdays from 12-5. pretty much just clean and organize though which kinda stinks. I got to make some holiday ornaments, pointy stars, using fusing. And i help a little in the hot shop when theyre blowing. But, eh, i just clean a lot besides that. lol. i do have to admit though, it looks really nice in there. until it all gets messed up again. then its back to cleaning. =P
this coming semester i think ill be taking bio and chem ii, english ii (and its been forever since ive taken ap eng, so im kinda nervous bout that), and sculpture. thats 4+4+3+3 credits... 14. two more than last, and i get 3 for field period. so kinda 17? idk. my schedule is frustrating me right now. because im not registered for the sculpture yet, but im in photo and ethics. i wanna drop photo because i forgot that i have presidents leadership circle during that time. and i wanna drop ethics because its a guest professor... and yeah. but i have a crazy advisor... and im trying to avoid talking to her. ~_~ so, wish me luck.
