A Question About Natures

Hiya, I've been trying to figure out the best combo of nature and personality for some of my pokemon and honestly, I'm not sure of what would be best for the strongest pokemon possible (I don't have any of the power items btw

I'm pretty sure that most of the Eeveelutions are Special Attackers, so you might want to go with natures that boost that stat? Then again, my Leafeon seems to favor his attack stats and defense stats. In any case, Vaporeon is a special attacker most definitely.

that's why i'm going with Modest mostly. I just thought using an attack boosting personality would balance it out since Modest boosts Special Attack and lowers Attack.

Blaze, my Flareon that I've been using before i tried for nature/personality, has been just awesome with Rash and hasn't lost a fight yet, even against water types. it was because of him that i started breeding for Sp Attack boosting Natures but since Rash lowers defense and most of the Eeveelutions already have low defense as it is (aside from Umbreon of course) i've been trying to stay away from Natures that lower the Sp Defense or Defense stats.

would it be a better idea to try and boost defense or HP instead of stengthening an already strong stat? (i'm also thinking of future fights with water pokemon where my fire types are concerned, like Ninetales, Charizard, and Arcanine)

Do not boost satk on a flareon. ;-; they're better physical attackers. 130 base versus 95!

admittedly I ignore nature myself most of the time. 9_6 I have a .... kind of spammy list thing down below that could be used as a guide for what to stab for.
