There's no way I can write anything in 3-5 minutes. Unless if it's like 25 words. And that's no story at all.

Since someone else brought it up too, I extended the time to fifteen minutes. Is that better now?

lol now I think 15 minutes is long *can't be satisfied* Three minutes is definitely not enough though. ): that's barely enough time to look up the lyrics to the song if I don't know them.

Also, mine is going to be super schizophrenic. I have indie rock to bubblegum pop on my playlist. XDD;

Another question - can we order the songs/drabbles after we finish? So it might... flow a little better? >_>;;

Okay, so you're saying *is stupid, forgive me* that per song, we have 15 minutes to write it. And during that time frame, can we re-play the song in case it's only like 3 minutes? And after we've finished the fics, are you saying that we can clean it up (typos, tenses, ect.) afterwards as long as we don't add or subtract anything to the original?

Yes, you can replay the song endlessly; that's what I plan to do myself! And yeah, you can fix typos, etc. Here's a guideline: if you're adding or subtracting whole sentences, you're doing it wrong. Anything less than that (even phrases) is fine. You can even get it beta'd if you want!

I wrote all of mine in under 10 still. :P And then edited my fail grammar for like 30 minutes

Actually, some of them were writable in the first length of the song. >: Maybe if people warmed up, they'd have an easier time doing the original version of the prompt?

We kept it to 15 minutes. It's only the first prompt, there's no need for pressure. Pfft, I edit my fail writing for weeks so don't feel bad.

We can always do another prompt later where the original length of the song is enough time! No rush.
