I'm hoping this is the place where we ask questions.

Would characters from Touhou Project count as Canon OC's? They've usually got decent history and a personality, but it's briefer than in other canons.

If you're not sure about touhou, here's the wiki page of the character I'd be most likely to app: http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/Sanae

No, most Touhou characters would be considered appable.

I noticed that your rule states no OC's, but does that also mean characters with little background? I'm curious because I was considering applying a character from Valve's Team Fortress 2 game, but the game doesn't have an extensive background for it's characters.

Here is a link to the game's wikipedia, if it helps. Thank you. http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/Main_Page

We've decided that you may apply for Team Fortress characters as long as they have a character video. So, yes, you may apply for any character except the Pyro or the Medic, and when they get character videos, they will be open for application.

Excellent. All of my original character choices have "Meet The..." videos, so I should be okay. Thank you very much for the timely response.

Also, one more question. Can a person have a pokemon that normally evolves from trade at the beginning (like Scizor/Kingdra)? Just so long as that pokemon isn't over-leveled/legendary/etc.

No problem!

Also, yes, but you need to provide an explanation for why it's evolved in the Pokemon's history section.

Since this is a pokemon AU game, can I use this account for a character from Gundam wing who usually has long hair? Really it's just a personal preference and it doesn't make a difference in personality anyway.
