Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs:
Number 1, then the rest in no particular order...

1. Playing any kind of sport...running,Swimming,football...etc...

2. Reading a good book

3. Sittin around in my yard on a nice day and chattin with the neighbors

4. Drivin around in my car with the music blasting

5. Playing with my animals

6. Traveling...specially 2 somewhere like N.C. so I can go to the beaches

7. Eating ice-cream
