Pokemon Center Okinawa Exclusive Poncho Eevee Plushies

These Eevees are based off of the Shisa, a mythical creature in Okinawan culture. These beasts are part dog and part tiger, hence the Eevee and Arcanine affiliation. The reason that these plushies weren't released anywhere else outside of Okinawa, is the fact that they are always seen in pairs. The closed mouth was said to keep the good spirits in the area, conversely the open mouth scared off all the evil ones.
