Excerpt:

~There is a legend that tells of the life of a young girl. The legend states that this child was unwanted by humans when she was first born in this world, so she was cast out. She was then taken in by Pokémon and not just any Pokémon, the legendary ones. Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, who reigned over Kanto. Then Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-Oh, who reigned over Johto. Also Celebi, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, who reigned over Hoenn. And lastly Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Rotom, and Arceus, the god of Pokémon himself *They reigned over Sinnoh by the way*.

All the legends were called together for this issue brought by Mew, when she saw the child alone and on the brink of death.

There was much argument between the legends. The first and second generation of legends wanted this child to be raised by them since she was casted away by humans and would have died if they didn't do something. The third and fourth (minus Arceus) were against this idea, "Pokémon raising a human child?! Ha it's stupidity."This argument went on back and forth until all the generations agreed to allow this decision to be resolved by Arceus since he was the god of Pokémon.

He looked between the generation's then down at the issue at hand, the said child was silent and looked to be in pain being that it had been in the cold for quite a bit of time.

Arceus then announced to all the generations

"Listen all, I have listen to your arguments and have made my decision. This child. . . is now in our hands. I refuse to let a child die whether it is human or not. We will give her a mix of our power and help her live on. But once she is of age we will bring her back into the human culture, though with our powers in her, she will age a bit slower, she will have a normal life."

It was silent for a while then all then generations agreed to what Arceus stated. Then for the first couple of years of the young child's life, she was raised by the legends. She honed her skills and great very powerful but the on her 6thbirthday, Arceus stated it was time for her to go back to her human culture. So him, Mew and Mewtwo *he always follows Mew, to make sure she is protected* went to a locally city and set the child down in empty field. The child not understanding what was going on clung to Arceus who she thought of as a father figure. Arceus then pushed her gently a little bit away from him. Mew then floated over to the child. All three of the Pokémon were greatly sadden to have to leave the child but knew this was for the best.

The child then asked "Arceus? Where r we?" Arceus then said sadly. "This is your new home child." Though she didn't understand the meaning of his words, she knew something was wrong and walked ran her way over to Arceus hugging his leg. "What's going on?" Arceus said nothing, Mewtwo then grabbed the child holding on to her. "We have to leave now." The child then understood that they were leaving her and began to cry, Arceus and Mewtwo were stunned not being used to tires. Mew float up to her face then said softly. "Don't worry we will meet again and soon. So don't cry." Slowly the girl stopped crying and smiled nodding. "Prowmis?" Mew nodded smiling. Mewtwo then set the child down as she then ran a little ways away from them and twirled around waving them off. Before leaving Arceus said. "Also you aren't to use your powers out in the human public alright?" The girl then nodded taking what he said to heart as she always does. The three Legends then disappeared.

Only four minutes after they left, an old woman happened to be passing by the field noticed the child standing. The woman stared at the child for some time. She described her as an angel as she suddenly appeared in a once dead field that grew white roses. Her long red-brown hair blowing and her big, bright blue eye staring at the oddly tri-colored sky. The older woman then walked over to the child asking her if she has a place to stay and her name. The child then turned and replied happily "No I don't have a home and my name is Chiyoko." That is how the Legend goes but there are only a few that truly believed in such a legend such as this. No one knows the truth behind this mystery, was there really a child with such powers? Or was it all a myth?~
