004 - Charmander
Sorry for being so late to this, but here is 004 - Charmander! I was trying to go for an Inuit or Aborigine style but I kind of failed. I was thinking of switching my style for every evolution set, so the first three were my own style and both Charmeleon and Charizard will continue with this one. Haha, but, yeah.
