Verse: Story is set 3 years after the end of HGSS, assuming that the events of HGSS took a year. Mostly gameverse, but contain bucket loads of headcanon and major tweaking in order to make both pseudo-GSC and HGSS happen. Geography is Johto-centric.
Rating: PG-13, but that's just to be safe. It's in fact more G than Disney.
Characters/Pairings: Centred around Brendan, Ethan, Silver, some Team Rocket members as well as known Indigo League Champions. Pairings include Brendan/May, Brendan/Steven and few instances of male protagonist/rival and protagonist/childhood friend.
Warnings: Contain Team Rocket, HGSS characters, Hoenn characters, pokemon (duh!), pokemon trainers (well...), pokemon coordinators (gasp!), instances of Lost Silver creepypasta, shipping, nudity, skinwalker/kitsune-bride style beings, shapeshifters, pokemon folklore references from Sinnoh library, real life folklore references, made-up folklore, dancing, magic dances, magic songs/musics, possible religious elements, obscure Team Rocket members, mentions of masturbation, mentions of sex, mention of oral sex, boy having crushes on boys, homosexual attraction, heterosexual attraction, homogendered attraction, heterogendered attraction, one instance of underage kissing (as in, between underage characters), non-con kissing, dub-con kissing, family issues, wild Lugia, tamed Ho-oh and possible plot holes. Also, the HGSS rival is named Sou (from the kanji of Soul, his default name in HeartGold) instead of Silver or ??? because there is another Silver.
Notes:
Summary: Brendan returns to Johto for a summer trip with Ethan and Silver. Team Rocket attacks again, but they didn't mean to?! As the old Team Rocket and protagonists clash with the new Team Rocket, reinforcement arrives in the form of a naked Lyra and a mysterious person thought to be gone.
A/N: I'm not done writing it yet, so I'm not sure what genre it will be. It will contain drama and comedy for sure. It will also contain scenes of nightmares and madness. Ok, just read the warnings, you can guess what it will have in it from that. This is the writer's first big bang, so please go easy on me!
Artist: We already have one artist on board, but we would love to have another one for various reasons. It'll be great if the artist is capable of style shift for the nightmares scenes, but it's ok if you can't, that's one of the reasons why we have two artists. Also, we need an artist capable of drawing the difference between game!Gold (GSC male protagonist) and game!Ethan (HGSS protagonist) while using the same style for both. Same for their rivals.
The writer will write notes for each character's appearance, personality, fashion preference, hairstyle, two or three favourite pokemon and send a zip file containing picture references for designs and mood, and general inspiration. Will also provide notes regarding character relationships in context of this story.
Beta-readers: For the beta, it's preferable if one has extended knowledge of the games as it's based in gameverse. Writing-wise, the writer has to confess that English is not his/her first language, so it would help if the beta is good at it.
